What began as a bare piece of land with an old cottage turned into one of our most meaningful projects — a tranquil, nature-immersed retreat designed for our family. Spread across an acre in Karjat, the vision was clear: to breathe new life into the space while preserving every existing tree and the natural spirit of the land.

We renovated the original cottage and thoughtfully added a few rooms, a pool, a gazebo, and a cozy outdoor fireplace — all carefully placed to ensure not a single tree was disturbed. Every space was designed to blend with the surroundings, not compete with them.
